The ACSD membership covenant states that “Membership of the Association is open to people who are active Christian people of many denominations throughout Aotearoa-New Zealand.”
With this in mind, at our 2017 BGM, a motion was put forward of ‘exploring the idea of a possible name change to be more inclusive of those who are spiritual directors’ (for example, Jewish, Muslim or others). The ACSD executive is wanting this discussion to be thorough and inclusive of all ACSD members.
