Vic Francis

I am senior pastor of Shore Vineyard Church,  practising as a spiritual director around that calling.

I combine three decades of pastoring with my spiritual direction training to provide spiritual direction mainly for men, and with a particular focus on pastors and leaders.

I practice spiritual direction under the umbrella of Solace, which was formed more than a decade ago by my wife, Fran. As well as spiritual direction, Solace provides supervision, retreats and the “For Pastors” podcast.
