Religious background
I was raised in UK attending the local church, whatever denomination that was. The label wasn’t significant and still isn’t.
I appreciate the opportunity to reflect and love the contemplative faith practices that we can use at any time and anywhere.
Approach to spiritual direction
Kia Ora,
I love meeting people individually and giving them the opportunity to receive spiritual direction, especially if they have never tried this before. I am keen to give seekers the option of sessions even if they cannot afford these. Don’t let finances be a barrier.
I have a passion for the outdoors, I love being active and also being still as I listen to the stories of others.
I work at the local hospice. Through this work I am mindful of the many people who are outside the institutional church and yet long to sense their God in the midst of their lives. I specialise in supporting others through times of change, loss and grief. It is a privilege to share together.
