My spiritual life has been enriched by a variety of traditions including Methodist, Baptist, Presbyterian, and Charismatic. I am now settled in an Anglican Church. I have worked overseas in a cross-cultural mission setting.

I like to create a space for people to come aside from busy-ness and distractions and become aware of God’s love and acceptance. Spiritual direction is a unique space where people can speak without interruption, dare to ask questions, and explore their faith and beliefs without being hurried or judged.

Community development, social equity, and justice are important to me. I run a business that helps organisations shift their focus to the bigger picture of where they want to go and how they can use their unique set of skills and resources to get there. Spirituality is integral to this work as it brings a sense of purpose and connection, enabling people to bring their whole selves to their work. Having worked in senior leadership roles in corporates and community organisations, I enjoy exploring ways to grow in awareness of God’s presence in busy, performance-oriented settings.

I am based in the beautiful Coromandel and can meet people in person or online. I am available on weekends, in the evenings as well as during normal business hours.
