I am non-denominational, drawing strength from my roots in Presbyterian, Baptist, and Messianic traditions. This broad experience guides my faith.

If you feel stuck, lost, or are going through change and grief, this is a time for you to pause and focus on your whole wellbeing (mind, body, spirit) with God.

Our first meeting will be an informal catch-up to discuss your needs and interest, and consider how we can journey together.

As a Spiritual Carer, I will listen and walk with you. We will explore where God is inviting you toward deeper connection and growth. We ground our time using prayer, quietness, and reflection. I also encourage creative
exploration through dreams, art, nature, and images.

I run dream workshops and retreats and have a passion for working with dreams and visions. I enjoy and encourage the use of pictures, art, drawings, images, songs, movement, nature and scripture to explore your inner world with God in this sacred and creative space. As a Spiritual Carer the practices of prayer, worship, stillness, silence and reflection will anchor our time and journey together with God, in a safe and welcoming space.
