I attended Sunday school from a young age, and at different stages of my life have been an active member in churches of different denominations. I worship at my local church and come with an ecumenical and inter-faith perspective.

My approach to spiritual direction is inclusive. I offer a welcoming safe space for anyone wanting to explore their spiritual life, whatever their background, circumstances and perspective. I find art, nature, poetry, music, etc, to be effective facilitators enabling directees to form a deeper communication and relationship with the sacred.

I have a heart for those who wonder where they belong and who are facing major life transitions.

I am based in the Wairarapa / Greater Wellington. I am available to run retreats, contemplation and meditation days.
