Religious background
My spiritual journey has been shaped through a range of Christian experiences and traditions. I am a professed member of the Third Order Society of St. Francis (TSSF), and my approach is grounded primarily in the contemplative and Franciscan traditions.
Approach to spiritual direction
I am a spiritual director offering contemplative spiritual accompaniment to individuals seeking to deepen their spiritual life, reflection, and inner awareness.
My approach is grounded primarily in contemplative spirituality and the Franciscan tradition. I am a professed member of the Third Order Society of St. Francis (TSSF) and completed training in spiritual direction through the Franciscan International Study Centre in Canterbury, United Kingdom.
Alongside spiritual direction, my wider professional experience has involved many years of reflective work supporting people and organisations in complex and demanding settings. This gradually deepened my interest in the relationship between spirituality, wellbeing, resilience, meaning, and human flourishing. My practice is also gently informed by insights from positive psychology where these support reflection, compassion, resilience, and awareness of the whole person.
I offer spiritual direction to people from Christian traditions, other faith backgrounds, and those without formal religious affiliation who nevertheless wish to explore their spiritual journey in a thoughtful and grounded way. My approach to spiritual direction is gentle, reflective, and relational, centered on deep listening, discernment, and respectful accompaniment rather than advice-giving or instruction.
