I was raised in a catholic family and lived most of my adult life in protestant churches . Over recent years I have come to appreciate and value contemplative traditions across many denominations and Christian mystics.

Thanks for pausing and taking time to consider if I may be the person to accompany you on your spiritual journey. Those who know me well and others who have engaged me, have described me as offering a safe place, being gentle and present.

My hope is that you would feel welcomed, unhurried and cared for. Conversation is the main way we explore your story, but I also offer other forms of expression to support you as needed; for example, symbolic drawing, using nature, poetry, song/lyrics, scripture, or silence to name a few. These can bring insight to the process of finding yourself and God.

I have been influenced by many Christian traditions over my numerous years as a Christian. I will work with you where you are comfortable and together, we can notice where God is inviting you into now.
