Religious background
Born and raised Anglican attended an Anglican school as a boarder 1963-1966.
Ordained as a Vocational Deacon in 2001 aged 51. Priested in 2007 aged 57. Retired from active Ministry in 2018
Past experience, as an active Church member in Charismatic Anglican Church, in the 80’s
served as a Vocational Deacon, Priest, Hospital and School Chaplain in Anglican settings.
Approach to spiritual direction
I seek to offer a safe, relaxed gentle listening space to companion and explore where God is present where ever one happens to be.
I am retired and live with my husband in rural Central Hawkes Bay alongside Mangakuri Sheep Station. We are nga Kaitiaki of the station chapel and offer hospitality and host retreats in our home called ‘Castlehill’.
We have 3 adult daughters and an adoptive son and 9 grandchildren. I spent 35 years primary teaching specializing in Special needs education.
