Spiritual direction is a space to be curious about God and ourselves. It's an invitation to notice and respond to whatever is going on in our everyday lives.
I love offering the hospitality of a space to be ourselves with God. I think and work creatively so often we explore image, imagination and body awareness. Creative materials are at the ready for those keen to use as a way to connect with God.
I am excited to sit in this space alongside you as we notice God together in everyday life.

Spiritual direction is offering to be a spiritual companion or guide as a person experiences the presence of God in their everyday lives.
It is a privilege to accompany others on their spiritual journey and a joy to see the ongoing growth in faith and a deepening of their spirituality of all directees, retreatants and those whom I supervise.
