My approach to the Spiritual Direction relationship is one of openness, welcome and listening to you and to the Holy Spirit, walking the journey with you as you are led by God's grace. I have a particular interest in working with dreams, and creative expression through colour/drawing.

I love to accompany fellow-pilgrims, to hold sacred space, and encourage in-depth conversations that lead to the Holy and find Christ in the midst. I am intrigued by both Ignatian and contemplative approaches to prayer, and liturgical rhythms sustain my spirit.
Amongst those I have accompanied are pilgrims who are of varied ethnicities, gender-diverse, or busy and stretched, those in transition or discernment processes, many who are leaders in faith communities, and some who are deconstructing or losing their faith. Together we seek the gentle, generous and joyous, the creative, curious and kind – the Mystery.

The Spiritual Journey: Walking with God The spiritual journey is a deeply personal path—a lifelong movement toward greater intimacy with God. It unfolds through seasons of growth, questioning, struggle, and transformation. At times, we may feel God’s nearness and guidance clearly; at others, we may wrestle with silence or uncertainty.
Spiritual direction offers a space to pause and reflect on this journey. With the gentle presence of a trained spiritual director, you are invited to notice where God may be at work in your life, how the Spirit might be leading, and what invitations are emerging in your relationship with God.
It’s not about having the right answers—it’s about being present to the mystery of God’s love and learning to respond with greater freedom, trust, and authenticity. Wherever you are on the path, spiritual direction helps you listen more deeply to the One who walks with you.

I believe spiritual direction is primarily about helping the directee listen to God, speak to God, and respond to God's invitations. I work with people to help remove any barriers to this communication with God, and we do that through a variety of ways- through art, the imagination, movement, scripture, silence, and stillness. My deep joy is watching people explore prayer, contemplation, and the whispers of God for themselves through the work of the Father, enacted by Jesus, and breathed on by the Holy Spirit.
